These machines are capable of stranding copper-plated high-carbon steel wire (including stainless steel wire) with diameters ranging from 0.175 mm to 0.40 mm, achieving a maximum stranding speed of 9,000 twists per minute. Furthermore, they are equipped with comprehensive systems for detecting wire breaks and rope defects, as well as precise length-measuring and metering functions. Users may select from various stranding machine models based on the specific cord structure requirements dictated by their production processes.
