Wire Rod Pre-treatment Line
1.Developed by Nanjing based on the principles of "introduction, digestion, absorption, and improvement" of comparable foreign products, our wire rod pretreatment production line features a simple yet advanced and rational structure, along with a high degree of automation. It significantly reduces both production costs for users and environmental pollution. Currently, nearly a hundred such production lines are operating stably in leading domestic and international enterprises specializing in steel cord and steel wire rope manufacturing; their superior performance and environmental benefits have earned them the unanimous favor of a wide base of users.
2.The production line comprises various units, including wire rod pay-off, descaling, acid-free abrasive belt machines (or steel brush machines), cleaning, borax coating, drying (utilizing either hot air or medium-frequency induction), and take-up mechanisms. This configuration not only improves lubrication conditions for subsequent wire drawing processes but also safeguards environmental hygiene.
3.Depending on their specific production process requirements, users may select from single-line, dual-line, or multi-line (4, 6, 12, or 14 lines) processing configurations.
